• Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
• Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
• Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
• Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
• Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real-time exchanges;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
• Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
• Collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs above.

5. Privacy Protection

Holy Bible attaches great importance to the protection of user privacy. Holy Bible will not disclose, edit or disclose user registration information and non-public content stored in Holy Bible services, except in the following circumstances:

• No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Holy Bible or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms of service.

You expressly understand and agree that Holy Bible shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Holy Bible has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.

9. Copyright Complaints

Holy Bible respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is Holy Bible's policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Service, please notify Holy Bible's copyright agent as set forth below.

Holy Bible reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service confirms your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
